Impressions of a bygone era. The authentic Viking village was built in 2010 at the foot of Mount Vestrahorn in southeast Iceland for a movie that never was filmed. Over time, these weather-beaten buildings become more real as wind and rain take their toll on this unique backdrop. Located between the ocean and snow-covered peaks, light and shadow stage a breathtaking production.
