Dark & Monochrome

This dark photo series shows Icelandic landscapes as a personal homage to the world of film – inspired by the impressive images of “Prometheus” and “Alien: Covenant”. At the same time, the extreme versatility of Icelandic landscapes becomes visible: imposing waterfalls, dark ash clouds, abstract rock formations – all of this in a country of 350,000 people, the size of Kentucky.
