Even though the names of the presets indicate the subject, it's worth taking an experimental approach: Often, presets from another category also lead to great results with just a few clicks, since color palettes in nature repeat themselves in many places.

Please note: Color Grading is an integral part of most presets and my personal editing technique in Lightroom.

All presets are compatible with Adobe Lightroom 4–6, CC and Classic (.lrtemplate & XMP-files included) as well as the latest Lightroom Mobile app on iOS & Android. For Lightroom Mobile, you can choose the synchronization method via Lightroom on your desktop computer or the installation method via DNG presets.

This product also works with Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) in version 10.3 or newer. That means you can use the presets in Photoshop, too.

These presets work well for a variety of forest landscapes of the temperate climate range in all seasons except winter: Dense and dark fir forests, misty coastal woodlands, lush green spring forests or abstract macro details such as lichen, foliage and mushrooms.

Before & After: Winter Landscapes
These presets are perfect for snow-covered landscapes or polar environments dominated by ice and glaciers. They are specifically designed to enhance the cool tones of blue and aquamarine. The presets excel in scenes with cloudy or overcast skies, as they bring out the blue hue of the ice most effectively.

▶ Please keep in mind that after setting the exposure correctly and applying your favorite look, you still need to adjust the basic settings of each image before going into the fine-tuning process. In particular, you’ll need to tweak the highlights, whites, shadows and blacks in the Basic panel of Lightroom.
